Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using TraceBlazer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the TraceBlazer application.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use TraceBlazer
• Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

Samprino Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TraceBlazer for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may NOT:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the application
• Use the app for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Redistribute or resell any part of TraceBlazer
• Use automated systems (bots) to interact with the game
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Account Creation:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per user; multiple accounts may be terminated

Guest Mode:

You may use TraceBlazer without an account in Guest Mode, but with limited features and no data backup.

TraceBlazer may offer in-app purchases for virtual items, currency, or premium features.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• You are responsible for all charges made under your account
• Refunds must be requested through the App Store or Google Play Store

TraceBlazer displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree to view ads as part of the free gaming experience.

All content, features, and functionality of TraceBlazer, including but not limited to:

• Graphics, logos, icons, and images
• Game mechanics and algorithms
• Audio and sound effects
• Text, code, and software

are the exclusive property of Samprino Tech Private Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Remove content that violates our policies
• Discontinue TraceBlazer or any features at any time

You may terminate by:

• Deleting your account in app settings
• Uninstalling the application
• Contacting us at info@samprino.com

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samprino Tech Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors
• Actions of third parties or other users
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Samprino Tech Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of TraceBlazer.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through:

• In-app notifications
• Email notifications
• Updated "Last Updated" date

Continued use of TraceBlazer after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TraceBlazer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues informally.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Samprino Tech Private Limited regarding TraceBlazer and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
