Welcome to TraceBlazer! These Terms of Service govern your use of the TraceBlazer mobile application and related services provided by Samprino Tech Private Limited. By accessing or using TraceBlazer, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TraceBlazer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the TraceBlazer application.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use TraceBlazer
- Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
- You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
3. License Grant
Samprino Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TraceBlazer for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may NOT:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the application
- Use the app for commercial purposes without our written consent
- Redistribute or resell any part of TraceBlazer
- Use automated systems (bots) to interact with the game
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
4. User Accounts
Account Creation:
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One account per user; multiple accounts may be terminated
Guest Mode:
You may use TraceBlazer without an account in Guest Mode, but with limited features and no data backup.
5. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software
- Harass, abuse, or harm other players
- Use offensive, hateful, or sexually explicit usernames, avatars, bios, or chat messages
- Manipulate leaderboards, group challenge scores, or tournament results
- Interfere with the app's functionality or servers
- Collect user data without consent
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Reporting Violations: If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these rules, you can report users directly within the app — on their profile page or by long-pressing a chat message. We review all reports and may suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines.
5a. Groups Feature
Creating & Joining Groups
- Any registered user may join or create groups using an invite code
- Free accounts may administer up to 1 group with a maximum of 10 members; Premium accounts may create unlimited groups, each with a maximum of 50 members
- Group admins are responsible for the conduct of their group and may remove members at any time
Group Chat
- Group chat messages are stored on our servers and are visible to all current group members
- Messages are automatically and permanently deleted after 90 days in compliance with UK GDPR and GDPR data minimisation principles
- You may delete any message you sent at any time by long-pressing it in the app — deletion is immediate and permanent
- You may report any message you find inappropriate; we will review and take action within a reasonable timeframe
- You must not use group chat to send spam, offensive content, or content that violates Section 5 above
Challenges & Round-Robin Posting
- Group admins and the designated turn-holder may post challenges for the group
- Each member may solve a group challenge once; re-solving the same challenge is not permitted
- Challenge scores and completion times are visible to all group members on the leaderboard
Tournaments
- Only group admins may start or end a tournament
- Tournament scores are calculated exclusively from group challenges solved during the active tournament window
- Any attempt to manipulate tournament scores — including exploiting challenges outside the intended window — may result in disqualification or account suspension
App Store & Google Play compliance: Group chat constitutes user-generated content (UGC). Samprino Tech provides in-app moderation tools (report message, report user) and enforces a 90-day automatic retention limit to meet both platform requirements and applicable data protection law.
5b. Community Puzzles
Creating & Playing Puzzles
- Free accounts may create and publish up to 2 community puzzles in total (a hard cap, not per day); Premium accounts may create and publish unlimited community puzzles
- Free accounts may play up to 3 community puzzles per day; Premium accounts have unlimited community puzzle plays
- All published puzzles are visible to all registered users
- Community Puzzles is not available to guest users
Content Standards
- Puzzles must not contain offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content
- We reserve the right to remove any puzzle that violates these Terms or our community guidelines
- Repeated violations may result in loss of puzzle creation privileges or account suspension
6. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items
TraceBlazer may offer in-app purchases for virtual items, currency, or premium features.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
- Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- You are responsible for all charges made under your account
- Refunds must be requested through the App Store or Google Play Store
7. Advertising & Consent
TraceBlazer displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree to view ads as part of the free gaming experience.
Two-Tiered Consent System
TraceBlazer uses a two-tiered consent system to give you control over your data:
1. Google UMP SDK (User Messaging Platform)
Google's official consent mechanism for GDPR and CCPA compliance. This handles consent for personalized advertising and allows you to manage your choices for ad personalization based on your location and applicable privacy laws.
2. TraceBlazer Custom Consent Dialog
Our branded consent dialog for analytics and functional features. This covers app usage analytics, performance monitoring, and optional features that enhance your gaming experience.
Managing Your Consent
- You will be prompted to provide consent when you first use TraceBlazer
- You can change your consent preferences anytime in Settings → Privacy Settings
- Withdrawing consent may limit certain features but core gameplay remains available
- Your consent choices are stored and respected across app sessions
- For EU/EEA users, we comply with GDPR requirements for explicit consent
- For California users, we comply with CCPA privacy rights
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of TraceBlazer, including but not limited to:
- Graphics, logos, icons, and images
- Game mechanics and algorithms
- Audio and sound effects
- Text, code, and software
are the exclusive property of Samprino Tech Private Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
- Remove content that violates our policies
- Discontinue TraceBlazer or any features at any time
You may terminate by:
- Deleting your account in app settings
- Uninstalling the application
- Contacting us at support@samprino.com
10. Disclaimers
TraceBlazer is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compatibility with all devices
- Accuracy or reliability of content
- Security from unauthorized access or data loss
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samprino Tech Private Limited shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or errors
- Actions of third parties or other users
- Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Samprino Tech Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of TraceBlazer.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through:
- In-app notifications
- Email notifications
- Updated "Last Updated" date
Continued use of TraceBlazer after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TraceBlazer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Notwithstanding the above, users in the United Kingdom and European Union retain all statutory rights afforded to them under UK GDPR and EU GDPR respectively, including the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority (UK: ICO at ico.org.uk).

16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Samprino Tech Private Limited regarding TraceBlazer and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
